Hello, I'm Staci!

I am a born and raised small town Nebraska girl. I am a coffee addict, a wine lover, I have a fierce love for gardening, animals, and children! I'm a huge supporter of awareness about domestic violence, advocacy for autism, mental health, providing education, support and resources for teen pregnancy. Get me talking about any of those things and I'll talk your ear off!

I love to dress up, especially for photos but I would much rather be hanging out in a pair of sweatpants then a dress any day! Depending on the type of session, I will probably show up with my hair pulled back, in sweats and tennis shoes prepared to do a game of tag with your littles!

My husband Bradly is often with me during sessions. He is my assistant and second shooter. He holds a degree in business and helps a lot with the business end, it would be silly for me not to mention him in this from the get go! He is also my biggest fan, even though I started this business I wouldn't enjoy it near as much without him and his skills!

We have six beautiful children who make me one very proud mama. The older four are grown, my oldest two have even started families of their own! Documenting and watching every stage of their lives makes my heart sing! My love for photography really started because of them. Over the years they have been the inspiration for so many of my photos! If we are being honest, they've always been my motivation to kept going!

I've been a photographer for over 20 years. I spent many years in online study at the Academy of Art University studding photography and fine art. I have attended and continue to attend countless workshops and seminars. Even as a very young child the arts have always been an outlet for me, I'm sure the constant need to create drove my parents crazy!

Lastly, I am an introvert and I am also a huge empath so at times it can be draining but I love to help and connect with people on a deeper level! I have a background and training in nursing, childcare, plus after raising six kids I can defiantly say connection and compassion are an essential part of producing raw, meaningful, and emotional photographs!

Thank you so much for stopping by and taking the time to read a little of my story! I hope soon I can help tell a little of yours!

Client Testimonial

"Our experience with Staci Dietz Photography has been nothing but phenomenal every time! Trying to get 2 adults, 2 kids, 3 dogs and a bearded dragon looking good and looking at the camera is hard work, but Staci has the touch! We also love that she puts us in poses and locations that make us look our best! Even in rain, we've had a blast and our pictures turned out award winning! Staci is so good at helping with clothing and reassurance that everything will be fine! You don’t get that kind of service from others; we know from experience!"- Pam H.
